British Summer Time Festival
10 Days of Fun in The Sun!
The British Summer Time festival returns to London’s Hyde Park on Thursday 18 June for 10 days of music, food, film and bags of fun!
This year sees a star-studded line up of acts including Beck, The Strokes, Blur, The Horrors, Kylie Minogue, Chic, The Who, Paul Weller, Kaiser Chiefs, Taylor Swift and many more! All of whom are set to send crowds crazy with their fantastic musical performances.
Midweek there is a free outdoor film festival screening a variety of classics including Wizard of Oz, Casablanca, Spinal Tap, Ghostbusters and Top Gun. The film screenings are completely free but access is on a first come first served basis, so grab your picnic blanket and be quick to secure your spot!
Attendees will also have the chance to see performances from some of the world’s best comedians. Laugh away to the likes of Rich Hall and his band, Jim Jefferies, Ed Byrne, Marcus Brigstocke, Katherine Ryan, Gina Yashere and many more!
The British Summer Time Festival wouldn’t be complete without some tasty street food, which is great because there will be LOADS of delicious stalls to eat at. Cooking Cooks, Makatcha, Dog Town, Grill My Cheese, Tongue and Cheek, Crabbieshak, Born & Raised and Bad Brownie are just a few of the many delicious food stalls at this year’s festival.
Something that has really peaked our interest this year are the Gorilla Circus Trapeze Lessons. Climb a 30ft ladder and take your first ever flying trapeze lesson with Gorilla Circus Flying Trapeze School, the only outdoor flying trapeze school in the UK!
With all this on offer and the likelihood of great weather, there’s plenty for everyone to enjoy.
If you’re driving to British Summer Time our Bell Street car park is a stone's throw away from Hyde Park with some of the best parking rates in the area.
