Ray Mears at The Grand
October 27th sees British bushcraft and survival expert Ray Mears visit Leeds to talk about his 30 years in the field (ba-dum tish!) of bushcraft.
Ray Mears has been a popular figure in British life since his TV debut back in 1994, but his love of all thing wild stretches back to his childhood when he first learned to track foxes through the forests of his childhood. He has travelled the world on many adventures, which he will be discussing over the course of the evening at the theatre.
The tour also marks the 30th anniversary of the founding of Mears’ Woodlore, The School of Wilderness Bushcraft, which offers people in-depth courses on a huge range of bushcraft and survival subjects.
Thankfully, you don’t have to trek far when you want to park when you watch Ray Mears at The Grand. With parking facilities from CitiPark at the Merrion Centre car park, a two minute walk from the The Grand, you can get to the theatre with plenty of time to spare, and without facing any survival trials or unexpected beasts.
