Get Ready For 'Live at Leeds' 2014!
This May Day bank holiday, the Live At Leeds music festival makes it's return to the city.
Established in 2007 as part of the city of Leeds' 800th birthday, it's back for an incredible seventh year. Live at Leeds is a music festival that takes place annually over the May Day bank holiday weekend and features almost 200 artists performing at venues across the city. From established venues such as The Cockpit, Leeds Met Uni, and the O2 Academy, to new bars such as The Belgrave and A Nation Of Shopkeepers; there's music happening everywhere.
Past performers at Live at Leeds have included artists such as Alt-J, Mumford and Sons, The Maccabees, Ed Sheeran and other household names. The 2014 edition brings some of the most exciting new music talent to Leeds including Royal Blood, Kodaline and Nina Nesbitt amongst many others.
So how does it all work?
Easy. All you need to do is buy yourself a wristband and you're able to see whoever you want. Remember though, venues are first come, first served, so get there early if there is somebody you want to see!
Parking For Live at Leeds Festival 2014
The great thing about Live at Leeds is that it's all over the city. We've got multiple car parks scattered across Leeds so you can park up near to the venue where the artist you want to see most is playing.
This year, the wristband exchange is at the First Direct Arena. Our Merrion Centre / First Direct Arena car park is located directly opposite so it's perfectly situated.
